Benefits of Box Partitions

Posted by admin on Oct 5, 2017 5:28:07 PM

The way we see it, you’re packing those belongings into boxes to put them into storage or to prepare for the big move. So, there are two ways to go about doing this. The first method is to haphazardly toss your things into the box without rhyme or reason—as long as the top gets taped shut, you’ve succeeded in packing away your things. Opening the box will result in a few objects spilling out, and finding any specific item you need will require an extra 10 minutes of rifling through the unorganized mess, only to have to repack the box. Maybe this sounds appealing to you. CS Packaging does not judge, as we are accepting of all lifestyles. In case your skin crawls at the thought of such an untidy packing strategy, though, here’s the second option.

Before packing up, you purchase some box partitions. Now, for the uninitiated, a box partition is a cardboard divider that you put inside the box. It’s 2017, though, so we don’t want you to see it as a divisive tool. Instead, look at it as an organizational method that promotes unity. It provides a place for everything, so everything has a place. Nothing is forgotten, nothing is shoved out of its place, and nothing is marginalized. Too bad there’s no such thing as a box partition for people, right?

So, like we said, the box partition allows for you to organize your belongings within the box. However, it does more than just allow you to immediately find the things you need when you unpack. It also acts as a safeguard against broken items during a move. Let’s be honest, if you’ve ever driven a moving truck, you know they aren’t exactly smoothest of rides. In fact, we’d go as far as to say they aren’t smooth rides, at all. They shake, rattle, and jump at even the slightest bump in the road. We know what this means for your sore backside, but what does it mean for your possessions you’ve loaded onto the truck?

Well, with no box partitions, the outlook is grim. With box partitions, though, there is hope. Box partitions keep things in their place. There is no bouncing around within the box, so your things aren’t constantly clanging into one another. Your wine glasses on the right are still whole, and your fine china is still intact. Everyone wins—especially you, because Mom would’ve never let you hear the end of it if there was so much as a chip on her flat ware.

To put it plainly, having box partitions is better than not having box partitions. It’s really that simple. If you need more proof, just go without on your next cross-country move. When the crashing and cracking from the bed of the truck wakes you up from your passenger seat slumber, you’ll understand what we were talking about. But, because CS Packaging is committed to excellent customer service, we won’t even say we told you so. We’ll just happily ring you up for some box partitions.
